Plans

Priced by truck. Never by user.

Three plans, and every one of them carries unlimited drivers and office staff. Tell us how you actually run and we will quote your operation in a conversation, not on a form you have to decode.

The three plans

Pick where you are, not where you might be

You can move up a plan whenever you like and it takes effect immediately, so there is nothing to be gained by buying ahead of yourself.

How the number is worked out

Two lines, and you can see both of them

We would rather tell you the shape of the bill before you ask than have you discover it in week three.

A monthly figure, set by your plan and your trucks

A truck is a vehicle set up to collect. A spare that only runs when another is off the road is not counted. Billed monthly in advance on a twelve month term.

Never per user. Charging by seat makes a company ration accounts, and rationed accounts become shared logins, which is exactly what makes an audit trail worthless. Put every driver and everybody in the office on it.

A one-off to get you running

We set up your account, your trucks and your disposal sites, enter your customers and service locations from your own spreadsheet, and train your office and your drivers.

Half is invoiced when you sign, and half only once you have recorded your first real manifest: a real driver, a real restaurant, a real load, tipped at a real facility. If we cannot get you working, we have not finished the job.

Getting started

Three shapes of setup

Which one you need depends almost entirely on how much history has to come with you.

PackageWhat we doRoughly
Standard Account, trucks and disposal sites configured, your customers and service locations entered from a spreadsheet, two training sessions, and close support through your first month. Two weeks, most of it waiting on you
Migration Everything above, plus bringing your history across from paper or another system, more than one yard, and picking up your manifest numbering from where you left off rather than restarting at 1001. Four to six weeks; the history is the long pole
Enterprise Twenty trucks or more, several divisions, training on site, and reports built to your specification. Scoped each time

Add-ons

Only if you want them

Each one is its own line on the quote, so you can see it and take it off.

Your own address

Your team signs in at your company’s own web address, with your name and logo on the sign-in screen and on the installed app icon.

Customer portal

A sign-in of their own for your customers: when you were last out, how much you took, every manifest, every invoice. Included in Complete.

Extra trucks

Beyond the number in your plan, at a flat monthly rate per truck. No step change when you add the next one.

Practice system

A separate copy for training new staff, where nothing counts and no email reaches a customer. Refreshed from your real data with names and addresses removed.

The small print, in full

Nothing here is a surprise later

Twelve month term

Billed monthly in advance. Move up a plan whenever you like, effective immediately.

What counts as a truck

A vehicle set up to collect. A spare that only runs when another is off the road is not counted.

Your data is yours

Export everything at any time, without asking. If you leave, you take your manifests with you.

No metered surprises

No per-user fee, no per-manifest fee, no storage fee. Quoted in US dollars, excluding any applicable tax.

Tell us how you run today

How many trucks collect, what happens to a manifest, and how the invoice gets raised. That is usually enough for us to put a number on it, including if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
